Think you’re the masters of gross comedies boys? Well, Bridesmaids is here to make you think again as this new form of the bromance (complete with girl power) is sure to see you covering your eyes while squealing in delight. Annie (Kristen Wiig) and Lillian (Maya Rudolph) are the very best of friends and have shared everything since they were little girls. So as Lillian prepares to get hitched, it’s a given that she’s going to ask Annie to be her maid of honour. But when Annie meets Lillian’s new social tribe which includes the very wealthy Helen (Rose Byrne), she’s immediately on the defensive and keen to get her knives out (not literally). Making matters worse is the fact that nothing seems to be going right for Annie. Warning: nothing is considered as going too far in Bridesmaids so take a deep breath and prepare to have some “oh did they really just go there?” moments.
